Last updated: 2026. These terms govern use of roxygroup.in and wholesale trade with Roxy Group (Roxy Distributors LLP · Roxy Automotives Pvt Ltd). By using this website or placing orders as a business customer, you agree to these terms.
Nature of services
Roxy Group supplies genuine and authorised multi-brand two wheeler spare parts on a wholesale basis to retailers, workshops, and trade customers. Product availability, specifications, and compatible applications are communicated in good faith; fitment remains the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Pricing & orders
Prices, MOQs, and commercial terms may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. Quotations are invitations to trade; binding supply is subject to stock, confirmation, and agreed payment terms. GST invoices are issued as per applicable law (GSTIN: 36AAUFR3336E1ZZ).
Delivery & risk
Dispatch timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes as per agreed Incoterms or carrier handoff. Claims for transit damage or shortages must be reported promptly with supporting documentation.
Returns & warranties
Returns are handled case-by-case in line with manufacturer policies and commercial reasonableness. Product warranties, where applicable, are those of the manufacturer; Roxy Group passes through manufacturer support to the extent authorised by distribution agreements.

Content is provided for information. We may suspend or modify the site without liability. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it for competitive harm, or attempt unauthorised access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxy Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or supply of goods beyond replacement or refund of the purchase value for defective or non-conforming goods as agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions.
